The Sudanese Women’s Union holds protests in front of SPA HQ, demanding equal representation in government. In response, an SPA representative declares his full agreement with the Union’s demands, and says that he will communicate these demands to the FFC.
One person is killed and 59 are injured after violent clashes between the Bani Amer and Nuba tribes in Port Sudan. In response, the Red Sea State governor declared a curfew, the Sovereign Council has sent a delegation to the area to resolve the issue, and representatives of the two tribes agreed to a cessation of hostilities until December 9th.
